 10 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2002 – ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭੋਜਨ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਰੋਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

 Global Energy Independence Day: On July 10th, Global Energy Independence Day promotes awareness of alternative energy sources. As well as learning about renewable forms of energy, like solar, wind, and geothermal, the day offers opportunities to explore these sources. Interestingly this day also coincides with the birth anniversary of Serbian American inventor Nikola Tesla.
